Martin is a senior advisor on branded business growth, innovation and customer-centricity to several global companies. With a background as academic researcher in the behavioural sciences at Harvard, Oxford and Stockholm; Martin is a passionate believer that all meaningful business growth is the result of creating unique branded customer value for clearly defined target audiences. Martin was part of introducing customer-centricity and design thinking as business strategies in the early 2000s in his role as Head of Marketing Strategy and Insight and later, Head of Growth for the Electrolux Group. He left Electrolux to become CEO of toy manufacturer BRIO, where re-focusing all business processes to drive branded consumer value led to a rapid turnaround, divestment to Ravensburger, and laying the foundation for a 10-year profitable growth journey.
